The Institutional Advancement (IA) office provides leadership and coordination of Central Carolina Community College’s institutional accreditation and effectiveness processes. These processes are conducted in collaboration with stakeholders from across the college to support continuous improvement of programs and services to enhance student success. The IA office is tasked with the systematic collection, review, and use of information about educational quality, undertaken for the purpose of improving programs, services, student learning, and development.
